Hello men and women of Sudan, my name is Keith Davidson I live in the

Northwest corner of the United States, I am a friend of Sylvester.

I pray the Lord will bless your lives with the Bibles Sylvester was able to bring. Trust in the Lord and hope in Him all the days of your lives. He is good and He loves you tremendously.

Psalm 36

5 Your love, O LORD, reaches to the heavens,

       your faithfulness to the skies.

 6 Your righteousness is like the mighty mountains,

       your justice like the great deep.

       O LORD, you preserve both man and beast.

 7 How priceless is your unfailing love!

       Both high and low among men

       find [b] refuge in the shadow of your wings.

Find refuge in the Lord, He will respond to anyone that responds to Him, He will receive and help anyone that calls out to Him and asks for His help.

He sent His son Jesus to die for our sins to bridge the gap that had kept man from God because of sin.

1 Timothy 2 3-6

3 This is good, and pleases God our Savior, 4 who wants all men to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth. 5 For there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, 6 who gave himself as a ransom for all men—the testimony given in its proper time.

The Bible says sin separates us from God, now we have hope and a redeemer in Jesus, He is the door to the Father, Jesus is the Way the Truth and the Life.

John 14:6

 6 Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.

Put your hope and trust in Jesus today! And continue to put your trust in him tomorrow and for the rest of your lives!

The Bible will help to direct the paths you find yourselves on in this life. Read your Bible daily. Take to heart and trust the following words in the book of Psalms chapter 19,

Psalm 19

7The law of the LORD is perfect,

       reviving the soul.

       The statutes of the LORD are trustworthy,

       making wise the simple.

 8 The precepts of the LORD are right,

       giving joy to the heart.

       The commands of the LORD are radiant,

       giving light to the eyes.

Gods word the Bible will teach you many good things, pray when you read that God will open His word to you and give you wisdom and understanding.

Sometimes God even speaks to our hearts but we must listen quietly for His quiet voice.

Elijah learned of Gods gentle whisper in 1 Kings chapter 19.

1 Kings 19:11-12

11 The LORD said, "Go out and stand on the mountain in the presence of the LORD, for the LORD is about to pass by." Then a great and powerful wind tore the mountains apart and shattered the rocks before the LORD, but the LORD was not in the wind. After the wind there was an earthquake, but the LORD was not in the earthquake. 12 After the earthquake came a fire, but the LORD was not in the fire. And after the fire came a gentle whisper.

God is incredible and powerful but He speaks to us in gentle whispers, in a quiet voice He speaks to our hearts. Carefully listen for His voice.

When you get the opportunity to go back to Sudan remember these words from Psalm 37

 1 Do not fret because of evil men

       or be envious of those who do wrong;

 2 for like the grass they will soon wither,

       like green plants they will soon die away.

 3 Trust in the LORD and do good;

       dwell in the land and enjoy safe pasture.

 4 Delight yourself in the LORD

       and he will give you the desires of your heart.

 5 Commit your way to the LORD;

       trust in him and he will do this:

 6 He will make your righteousness shine like the dawn,

       the justice of your cause like the noonday sun.

 7 Be still before the LORD and wait patiently for him;

       do not fret when men succeed in their ways,

       when they carry out their wicked schemes.

God Bless all of you!
